So the "propper way" then is thumb to the skin and knuckles out when drawing? Also no, I am not familiar with the spine injury issue you discussed from the "6:00 " position in the small of the back.

Looking for a good leather holseter IWB. Clip or snap to belt is one qeustion. I think clip would be better (more versitile) but would love your thoughts. Also placement. She is a lefty, I am a righty. If the pistol is in the small of your back, would it not make since for the holster to be the opposite of your dominant hand? Almost a reverse cross draw? Then if it is on the side (of the dominant hand, in my case right side) it would be a normal lift and point with palm facing my side. if it is in lower back which is where I "think" I will carry should it not be reversed as the palm becomes inverted or knuckles too your side?

So many questions, apreciate any ideas on right left dominance and also style or names of manufatures.
