Ha. It overlooks the Cascades golf course. Very peaceful.....makes for a good getaway on the weekend with only a 2 hour drive each way. And yes, it is definitely a very wet dry city. We always have to remember to stock up on beer and wine in McKinney before we head out there for a weekend.

Unfortunately both the kids are in sports right now so we have games every Saturday for a couple of more weeks before we can get out of town again.

We have a vacation condo in Tyler at the Cascades off of the main loop that we visit at least once a month. There is an indoor gun range right in that same area.....any of you Tyler area folks been there? How's the environment/pricing, etc?

We're used to walking our big Dallas area malls, so it would give us something to do other than the 15 minutes it takes to walk around the Tyler mall.
