Then we will need to define what the word "is" means.

I wouldn't take my chances on trying to win a case base on a stadium or fenced in race facility isn't considered on the premises.

Given the difficulty of just getting up to the gate (i.e. busses and traffic), I'd rather have an idea before I get there. Without valid 30.06 signs posted at the entrances, I believe I am within my rights to carry.

NOPE. Carry prohibited at professional sporting event.
Sort of. Carry is only prohibited inside buildings at professional sporting events.
Not sure this is accurate either and I don't have the time to look it up at the moment. Would recommend double checking.
