That's the store close to me, I went there last weekend and defiantly saw signs on both doors, ( both entrances ) English on 1 side and Spanish on the other, at the bottom of each door.
Did they take em down?

The word defiantly really doesn't seem to make sense unless you open carried even though you saw the proper signs.
