If you are still thinking about not voting for Trump, here's some food for thought.

Re: Still won't vote for Trump?
This should give some folks pause. I haven't had a chance to verify the claims or the credibility of the publisher. However, I have seen similar elsewhere.

Protective detail assigned to guard former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her two residences complained that her closest aide Huma Abedin often overrode standard security protocols during trips to the Middle East, and personally changed procedures for handling classified information, including highly sensitive intelligence briefs the CIA prepared for the president, newly released FBI documents reveal.
The security agents, who were interviewed as witnesses in the FBI’s investigation of Clinton’s use of an unauthorized private email server to send classified information, complained that Abedin had unusual sway over security policies during Clinton’s 2009-2013 tenure at Foggy Bottom.
FBI interview notes indicate that Abedin, a Pakistani-American Muslim whose family has deep ties to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the radical Muslim Brotherhood, was granted Top Secret security clearance for the first time in 2009, when Clinton named her deputy chief of staff for operations. Abedin said she “did not remember” being read into any Special Access Programs (SAPs) or compartments.

Re: Still won't vote for Trump?
I hear you. However, there needed to be some kind of reform. However, starting with the insurance and how healthcare is paid for was a huge mistake. Until the cost of healthcare and medications is addressed, all the insurance reform in the world will not help. With the FDA, CMS and,all the other federal agencies mandating onerous regulations and rules that drive up the costs, the costs will never come down. It won't matter if the costs are paid for via taxes, insurance or self-pay out of one's pocket the costs will be outrageous.jason812 wrote:Mine is doubling because we have a "Cadillac" plan.mojo84 wrote:Beiruty wrote:25% increase in premium in 2017 for Obamacare? Be thankful you aren't in Arizona, 116% increase for many. 50% for many in Texas.
One problem I have with the republicans is the whole repeal and replace mindset. How about just repeal, period end of story? The replacement won't work if it has anything to do with the government.
Think about this. It's costs a Billion dollars to research, develop, test and get a drug approved by the FDA just so it can go on the market. Then, after all of that, some have severe adverse reactions or unexpected side effects, the lawyers come out of the woodwork and sue for hundreds of millions dollars.
When 50% of a doctor's staff is not patient facing and there for all the bookkeeping and regulatory work that is mandated by the government and to process the insurance company required paperwork, healthcare costs are going to be outrageous.
The government has already capped how much insurance companies can make. 80% of their premium revenue has to be paid towards members healthcare. Therefore, they have 20% for operating expenses, profit, taxes and capital expenditures. As a result, most of the carriers have eliminated agent commissions on individual medical insurance or reduced it down to the point I can no longer afford to assist people in aquiring their coverage. They have to go direct, use the government exchange or find an online source.
There needed to be reform and changes but more goveremt control and involvement isn't the answer unless the government's goal it to take it over entirely. That's what I believe is really going on.

Re: Still won't vote for Trump?
Hillary supported Obamacare. She still supports it in spite of what her co-habitant recently said.
Watch the headlines today and the next few days. Do not fall for the government propaganda.
Watch this video and compare what Obama said to what you have experienced.
Now, tell me Hillary is better for the country than Trump and tell me how she is better.
Also, note the lies she and Obama and their stooges have told about the illegal email system are coming to light through Wikileaks.

I will vote for Trump because he is better than the alternative. However, I also recognize when people are trying to paint lipstick on a pig. Let's not try to fool ourselves.parabelum wrote:I've seen more woman come out in support of Trump in last 24 hrs then I had thought would be possible. Evangelical leaders back him.
I guess the Benedict Arnolds are finally coming out now. That's good. He will beat that witch.

I'm well aware of what is going on and how we got into the situation we find ourselves but thanks for the little lecture.TreyHouston wrote:1) so your telling me from teen to now, you have never engaged in "locker room" conversations... ya...ok....mojo84 wrote:Some do but not all men "talk trash' about women when they are together. Clayton Williams comes to mind. I just hope this isn't just the first of many bombs to drop.

2) Russia just moved nukes more advanced that what we have into East Europe and threatened to shoot down our planes who come too close. Iran keeps buzzing out battleships. N. Korea is always acting dumb. China has been practicing "Island take over drills with Russia. Russia is talking about reopening Cuba base.
WE NEED A FIGHTER! Someone who DEMANDS respect (or fear) from these countries.
3) You have to understand how powerful the CLINTON MACHINE is. It is corrupt and makes anyone, republican or democrat, into millionaires overnight. The clinton machine in the White House will make then all very rich. Them, not us!
4) you are falling victim to the media... don't do it! Don't be told what to think as they pass over REAL NEWS!!!!
I sure hope Trump has the command of the situations and respect from foreign nations you think he does.
The people that got played in this whole thing are the people that didn't support a principled candidate that stands by his convictions and doesn't change them with wind.
While Trump may be a better option than Hillary, please don't fall for thinking Trump is the answer to our country's and world's situation.
By the way, I outgrew my immature locker room macho talk long before I reach my 50's. I would like to think a presidential candidate did also.

Re: Still won't vote for Trump?
I'm not familiar with DC Whispers and since they are quoting unamed "sources", I can't give that piece much credence.
It seems to me there are a lot of manipulative head games going on and a lot of folks have fallen for them. The republicans have been on a path of self destruction for some time now and the dems are just helping them along.
Another thought I've had in the last day or so. It's seems a bit interesting some that have been promoted Trump evolution on the 2nd Amendment are not giving Trump the benefit of the doubt about that maybe his opinion of women has evolved.

It appears the republicans played right in to the hand of the progressive dems.
