Open Carry will go into effect Jan 1, 2016 if the House bill gets amended like the Senate bill did - if passed by the House and signed by the Governor.
Campus Carry will go into effect Sept 1, 2015 unless amended - if passed by the House and signed by the Govenor
Why January 1 and not September 1? I figured this would be one that would be signed and effective immediately.
