Re: Crossbreed - Delivery Time?
I ordered my SuperTuck Deluxe w/ Horse Hide on July 29th and received August 18th. It's an amazing concealment holster, very well worth the wait. I'm blown away by how well it hides my Sig P220, and it is extremely comfortable.

Re: Vehicle carry - will this pass 'plain view' criteria
Think I'd rather keep my bases covered and just use it as a handy hat hanger. If I'm asked to get out of the vehicle, I'm likely already under suspicion or at least in the hands of an antsy LEO -- at that point, I'd rather play safe than giving them any reason to cite. When possible, I want to beat ...

Re: Vehicle carry - will this pass 'plain view' criteria
Mine sits just about right -- my right leg never brushes it. Thanks to doc's suggestion, I'm using a ball cap as cover. Draw is still smooth and it makes the gun invisible. Thanks!

Re: Vehicle carry - will this pass 'plain view' criteria
I like the cap-cover, doc -- I might be able to move the placement in between the seat and console, but it's a tight fit. Unfortunately under the seat is a no go -- not much room and no surface to affix the holster to properly. Likewise for under the dash -- it's just open underneath. I think I coul...

Re: Vehicle carry - will this pass 'plain view' criteria
Thanks for the quick replies! Towel idea sounds like a winner.
Regarding the left-hand vs. right-hand mount, this way is much easier to draw for me, and since the kydex covers the trigger, I should be able to pull it out without punching a hole in my foot.

Vehicle carry - will this pass 'plain view' criteria
Morning folks -- quick question on an in-vehicle holster for MPA carry (CHL is coming as soon as I can find 10 hours). I picked up an Ohai from Crossbreed when I ordered my SuperTuck (and that is an amazing holster) for use in my car/safe. I ordered some extra velcro to give me some options. Here's ...

Re: Bushmaster M4
I just recently picked up a Bushy Texas Edition ( http://www.gtdist.com/ProductDetail.aspx?PartNumber=BFM-BCWA3F16M4TXIO ) from GT Distributors, and think it's a great AR to start out on. I've put about 500 rounds through it with no FTF or FTE, and accuracy seems great. I've heard you can save some ...

Re: Crossbreed holsters are worth the wait
Ordered mine last week -- can't wait to put it through the paces. I picked up an Ohai from them too to improvise a car mount, looks like I could mount it up under the steering column of my truck.

Re: New Glock 26 and pulling left
I had a very similar situation when I was choosing my first semi-auto handgun. I went in dead set on a Glock 26 for easy carry. I knew I needed to put some rounds down range before I made a decision, so I went out to the range and rented. My first two rentals were the Glock and a Sig P220 (I wanted ...

Re: Introduce yourself
Howdy folks! Been lurking these forums for a few weeks now and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a 36 year old technology guy currently living in Round Rock. Married to a woman I don't deserve, with a 16 year old boy and an adult daughter. Both of my kids know how to shoot and handle a weapon. My wi...
