Edited to add, after all the hy.pe about In and Out coming to Allen, I was totally unimpressed, both by the huge wait to get served (I left after 15 minutes, it's a burger for Pete's sake) and when we finally went there, they got upset because I wanted "plain and dry" and they didn't seem to know how to make it that way. I won't be back.

Should also mention "Sloppy Burger" in Albany NY, actually "Sutter's Mill and Mining Company" right across the road from the State University at Albany, a popular watering hole for the students, the last time I was there, 20 years ago, they used fresh ground, on site, beef in their burgers, which were huge, and dripping with juice, and cheese would overflow down the sides. I understand it's been under new management and is merely a shadow of its former self.
