Re: Georgia Carry Via Texas Reciprocity

Watch out for schools. Some people make a big deal about GFSZA when Texans ask about nonresident licenses and the same law affects Texans carrying out of state without that state's CHL.

Companies can't discriminate against disabled people but they're allowed to ask so they can make accommodations.

Re: Can U.S. legally kill a citizen overseas

I don't think we have to re-invent the wheel on this one. I understand that Abraham Lincoln was faced with similar arguments during the War Between the States, and that Americans who chose to serve under the Confederate flag were determined NOT to be entitled to criminal court proceedings. They, li...

Re: Mitt Romney talks about gun control in 2007

The whole problem can be avoided if the Republicans nominate a conservative for the first time in the 21st century. The voters will have a clear choice and nobody threatens to stay home because the candidates are identical except for skin colour. There is one flaw in my idea. It assumes the Republic...

Without giving anything away (just a yes or no) would those same exceptions possibly serve as a defense to someone who successfully defends themselves, while inside a 30.06 location?

Re: Can U.S. legally kill a citizen overseas

I think the killing was hunky dory. We need a Commander in Chief with the integrity to use the same on the narco terrorists south of the border. They're a bigger threat to noncombatants peacefully living their lives on American soil. Directly or indirectly, they probably cause at least half the crim...
