Sounds to me like she wants a fiscally responsible 3-gun setup for her graduation present.
I know you're making a joke but borrowing money for graduation presents is the opposite of fiscally responsible.
The occupy movement is full of people with tens of thousands of dollars in student loans whining because they're too irresponsible to grow up and pay back what they borrowed and squandered.

I missed the OP's note about student loans just above so that definitely came across wrong. :/ I was thinking in terms of sticking to a set budget, not borrowing, with a side of humor. That failed. Sorry, no offense or borrowing intended.
