Here is what they said..."I apologize for the confusion but our policy is the answer to your question. As others have mentioned - don't kick over cans that you don't want to know what's under them. You do yourself (nor anyone else) any favors when "pointing out muddy waters for them". Let them find out on their own when one of their tenants takes them to court.
