If it is worth spending some money get a lawyer to have a talk with
Whoever is in charge at your company and have the lawyer tell
the boss that he will be sued if he tries to enforce any company
rules concerning firearms that are against state law. Make sure the
lawyer doesn't identify his client to prevent retaliation. Companies
will usually back down if they think it will cut into their profits
