There is a picture on the counter of a damaged Model 1911 in the Hill Country Sports Shooting Center (Kerrville) where a gun show reload blew up and blew off a handgrip . I was there when it happened but didn't see the lady actually pull the trigger. She got some debris in her eye but I think it was nothing serious.
