Nailing on chair rail trim with 18guage finish nailer and had a nail hit a sheet rock screw, bend 180 degrees, come back through the piece, enter the pad of my thumb and exit through the thumbnail! I had to pull my thumb off the nail as I was now attached to the trim!! I'm now much more careful with placement of the support hand.
