Thanks for clearing that up! That's what I thought, but it looked like a couple of people above mentioned mailing in the CHL-100s.

Uh oh. Wait a minute.... I was reading through this post and although I have nothing to add that answer's the OP's question, I now have a question of my own. Are we supposed to be sending in copies of the CHL-100s?? 
I do make copies of them for my records at the end of my classes after the students sign them, but then I email the CHL-8 to the DPS listing all of the attendees. I thought just the students were supposed to mail in the original CHL-100s?
Is that incorrect?
