You guys were probably just trading electrons back and forth on the internet hunting each other down. A real Tron war. I would of just mailed it to him without contacting him and included a note saying send me mine if you have it please. Good ending. I had already sent an email to the DPS and got an email response to call their help number on Monday before I was able to find/contact SM. So the state theoretically knows about the incident. Regardless, we both have valid cards just sent to the wrong address. I would think we could send cards to each other and move on. Thoughts?
