That's great and I hope for quick recovery. You have to program yourself into portraying the vice as an evil that enslaves you. I quit smoking and finally committed because I convinced my brain that I was a slave of the smoke. I also told myself over and over that liberals were profiting from my weakness. It worked. Now if I can only get off the Big Macs.
