At UH, alcohol can be served at events hosted by the campus or by clubs. Also, there is a Hilton on campus that probably serves alcohol.

The B-58 is still there, unless the storm damaged it to much. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B-58_Hustler Scroll down to the Survivors section. I was on a guide tour with a school group one time a few years back and was told that it is on "loan" from the Air Force. However, the gentleman als...

NcongruNt, The entrance into the exhibit hall (not to the building) is posted by a huge mobile sign when I went to the gun show last year. However, as bdickens wrote, you just unload your pistol before you enter into the exhibit hall and have the officers zip tie it. I have been George R. Brown Conv...

I was there last week and did not see any signs at the stores that I walked into or passed by.
It is a nice place though. Just not sure about gong to an outdoor mall in the Texas heat. We went in the afternoon, not to many people wandering around due to it being so hot.

Seen this before and there are some good tips in that article. However, according to Snopes, some of the facts are not up to muster.

Re: walther WA 2000
According to Wikipedia, it is a real sniper rifle. I don't know if it is the same rifle as in the game, but there you go. You might have to save up some, as it costs between $75,000 to $80,000 (according to Wikipedia). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walther_WA2000 also, http://world.guns.ru/sniper/sn1...

Some friends and I went to Battleship Texas in May and it was not posted then. I carried then because it seemed to me to be a state park. But now that you say that the foundation is private, I am not so sure. I do know that the two exhibits, the monument and the battleship, each have separate entran...

Whether the events happened as written, I do not know; however, the letter was published by the The Baytown Sun on August 2, 2007. http://baytownsun.com/story.lasso?ewcd=05ceab2c2a478401
This story and others serve to confirm my decision to carry, I just wish that I could carry at my work place.

I have the CZ 75, 82 (9 mak), and 75 kadet and love them all. My dad has the CZ-RAMI (.40) and likes it too. The only issue I have had on mine is that the 82 is picky on which ammo it will eat. With the rami, my dad had to send it back to CZ to have the ramp polished as it was not feeding properly. ...
