I'll tell ya, I don't have a very high opinion of the people operating those phones. 3 times I tried calling and as soon as I was taken off hold, the call was disconnected. Twice I was given the name of the tech working my app, and transferred to her voicemail (nobody ever responded to the voicemails, even though I was just looking for a simple "yes" or "no" to the question: "Is there a problem with my application?") and I kept getting quoted the timeframe of "within the next week or two" for several weeks...
When it comes time for renewal, I'm just gonna send everything in as early as possible and not bother tracking it.
