Heart of Tx. Silueta Assn. is southwest of Corsicana,near Coolidge Tx. This is an NRA affiliated silhouette range with 500 meter range. I have had the same situation.I told the guy that we would go to range with a strict understanding that I am the boss,and at the first sign of not being serious about safety,you would be ejected from the range.You may just turn an anti to a pro.

I don't know the answer,but I think you have a good question.The American Legion that I go to has dart tournaments,and those players are very serious and the majority of them do not drink alcohol.I could see how this could happen.I teach CHL and tell students that bottom line is,It all comes down to...

Another question would be,can a Vet with PTSD purchase a handgun if truthfully filly out BATF form?You must be fully qualified under State and Federal laws to purchase a handgun to get a Texas CHL.

DPS has nothing to do with fee for class.Just charge them $2000 for class,then fail them for continuing safety violations.
