It's not just these BLM/Antifa loonies, Biden is also going to immediately cancel Trumps ban on entries from terrorist enclaves ("muslim-majority") countries in the middle east and Africa, and expand the cap on entries with "refugee" status from 15,000 to 150,000. No telling who will be walking our streets now. After these initial moves, he'll start on the gun bans and tearing down the oil industry. Trump's lawsuits are like a dying ember in a rainstorm, a very faint glimmer of hope. Then God help us if we lose the Senate.

I'm not sure if you can go outside armed. It's probably legal, yes, as long as you don't point a weapon at somebody - that's assault - but to my knowledge you can't use deadly force to prevent property damage.

I've often thought about this. Problem is, when you bring it up, all the derps blather about a "pile of dead protestors in my front yard" or some such nonsense.

But as far as a viable grand jury defense.... would you have a defense if you used deadly force against, say, somebody throwing a brick through your window? What about just a rock? And of course we're assuming it's daytime. Would that meet the "immediate danger of death or serious bodily injury" legal standard for a valid self-defense claim?

So it's OK for me to do all that because it will "help me heal"?

Agree, and I think they have one foot over that line already. It's just sad that so much destruction has to occur before it reaches that point; the conservative response is almost after the fact.

Here's another blood-boiling gem from Tucker. Seriously.... where is this going? E.g. NYC just dismissed its ENTIRE 600-man plainclothes division. LEGO stopped making toy policemen. Congress members are openly supporting CHAZ/CHOP. There's a movement to tear down the Jefferson Memorial and the Washington Monument.

Even more appalling is the cowardice of leadership. Even staunch conservatives are staying silent, instead of having the spine to stand up to these cretins. And where the heck are all those chest-thumping "citizen militias"?

I used to suspect that all the talk about "Civil War II" was mostly foil-hat prepper stuff, but now I'm beginning to wonder...

Many problems of the black community have nothing to do with "oppression by the white man." 40% of black males drop out of high school (80% in some big cities). 77% of black infants are born to unmarried mothers. 1/3 of black men have felony conviction records. These are the REAL issues of the black community, but where are Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpston, and BLM? Not a peep; these aren't glamour issues that can get them on TV.

This "celebrity coroner" Dr. Baden, reported in his independent autopsy that Floyd died from "asphyxia due to neck and back compression." But he also states that there is no evidence of the compression, because it disappears once the pressure is released. So if there's no evidence, how does he verify his conclusion? Also, he makes no mention of either the fentanyl and meth the county found in Floyd's system or the multiple heart conditions. I wonder what approach Chauvin's lawyer will take....

I was just contemplating what would happen if, with an impartial jury looking at facts, the officers were acquitted. It would probably be Rodney King X 1,000.
