This reminds me that Mom used to make a salad where she fried up a bunch of Bacon. Broke it in bits and mixed some red apple cider vinegar, the bacon grease, and some sugar to make a dressing. She drizzled that on top of lettuce that had been topped with some soft boiled eggs. It was the only salad that Dad and I would eat.

Cooked 6 rounds of the Original Country. Shared three with Mrs. Doc V - by demand.
