I think the keys are a good holster, a good belt, and good clothes. Those can be different for different people, especially the third key, but in general good clothing for concealed carry fits, is opaque, and has a nice drape. Clothes that are too tight or see-through don't conceal well. On the other hand, they can draw the eyes away from where the gun is hiding.
