Re: Bedside Pistol - Springfield XDM Elite OSP????
I just picked up the gun during a promotion from PSA. I love the way it shoots. It is an improvement on my XDM 4.5, and that is one of my favorite guns. One issue though, but not necessarily for home defense. I put it in my holster(comptac IWB) for the xdm and I heard a click, which I had never hear...

Re: Walther CCP M2
So both my Brother in Law and I have the CCP M1 (both sent back during the recall and fixed). so this doesnt address the M2, I would be interested in what people think. Both of our guns shoot great. The features work, the thumb safety is easy and accessible, and its an easy gun to rack. The recoil i...

Re: New Law Tactical folder Install - Stove Pipe and fail to eject
Teamless is a great friend and cohort. We have a lot of fun with projects and push each other on the range. He is usually talking me into spending money, but I did this one on my own. I did however sucker him in. I also put the magpul BAD levers on both AR's, knowing that teamless would like them an...

Re: New Law Tactical folder Install - Stove Pipe and fail to eject
Okay, so another range update Test 1 5.56 pistol switched out carbine buffer(1+ oz) with weights removed for spare h2 buffer (4.6 oz) ( the bolt extension adds 2.2 oz so essentially tests early in the week were 5.2 oz and 3.2 oz respectively) Results: 5.56 - stove pipes every couple of rounds, eject...

Re: New Law Tactical folder Install - Stove Pipe and fail to eject
So a bit of an update after some range time today. I did speak with Law Tactical and they were very helpful. He suggested that I take the weights out of the carbine buffer. Its actually about 2+ OZ of weight, which is what the bolt extension required adds to the system. Sounded good, so gave that a ...

Re: New Law Tactical folder Install - Stove Pipe and fail to eject
Thanks. I checked out Sprinco. Nice that they are a Texas company. I think I am going to go down the reduced power spring option as its low cost, so not much harm and giving it a try and see if it works. I will post when it comes in and I get a chance to try it. Oh, and both builds have PSA uppers a...

New Law Tactical folder Install - Stove Pipe and fail to eject
I recently got a law tactical folder for my AR pistol from Primary Arms. They were great, shipped it out right away and even with all that is going on, I got it in a couple of days delivered. The install was fairly easy, and seemed to go off with out a hitch. For background, I have two AR pistols, T...

Re: Build AR 6.5 Grendel
The 6.5 Grendel is more like a 5.56, the 6.5 creedmore is the bigger cartridge, to complete with the 308

Re: Ok to CC @ TYFA football game?
My son played all they way through the TIFI leagues. The biggest challenge is that some of the games are at schools (junior highs, and above). You just have to know the venue before you go. It took me a season or two to know all the locations so that I knew what I could do. google maps can be a grea...

I have the 45 in 3.3 and the 9 in 4", both are great. As far as the 40, Colin Noir has a great bit on the 40. It's worth the watch before you decide.

Re: Anyone Own a S&W Bodyguard w/CT Laser?
I have one, lots of rounds thru it. It's snappy but manageable. I put white paint on the front sight, as all black was too hard for me too see. After a couple of years the cover on my laser, just under the barrel became detached. It would prevent the gun from cycling. Called Customer service and the...

High noon holsters has a variety with both leather and metal clips in both leather and hybrid styles. I have one of those foe my 9mm 4". I have ordered a alien gear holster for it as well, but still a couple of weeks until that one comes in so I don't have any experience yet with AG.

CZ 75
A co worker of mine has been looking for a full sized 9mm pistol and had run across several nice reviews of the CZ 75. It sounded like there was some claims of good accuracy and performance. I haven't run across this one. Does any one have any real experience with the CZ 75 and why does it get such ...
