Yes they do. I have a Barsony OWB that I bought on eBay for $26.99 shipped. My Nano is equipped with a Lasermax and fits very nice in the holster. My assumption is that you are interested in pocket carry since you know that a cover shirt will conceal it when belt carrying. When I front pocket carry I leave the thumb break unsnapped. I do use a Tye-wrap to secure the clip when I belt carry. Barsony also makes IWB holsters. By the way, my Nano has been great. 1527 flawless shots with a variety of ammo. Currently my carry ammo is Hornady American Gunner 124 gr +P XTP.
