I was one week into the mailed status, called the post office and they said it should only take a couple of days. Then I emailed the CHL folks and they said 7-10 days from the completion date. I felt much better, got my plastic the next day. BTW: the postmark was three days later than my completion ...

Just got a reply to an email question I sent to DPS. They say 7-10 days for delivery.

Again, it's hard to gauge(no pun intended) since some folks status is updated a while after it is actualy mailed out.

The best answer would be "we are now using FEDEX here is your tracking number.

Mine went "mailed" Saturday and still nothing. Mailman came and went with no plastic for me.

Status said mailed on Saturday and here I sit with Wednesday mail-call come and gone and no CHL. I'm happy as heck I made it this far but let's git 'er done already.

Now Tuesday mail call come and gone. "sniff" :cryin and no plastic. I double checked my info to be sure the address is correct so I guess I'll get my son's tent and move out to the mailbox. He's an Eagle scout and has a few extra tents, I'm sure he won't miss just one. Odd; Mrs. Hale think...

Mine went mailed on Saturday too. Here it is Monday and I feel like Charlie Brown waiting for a Valentine card in the mailbox.....door opens, HELLOOOOOO! But nothing in there but a magazine and a coupon for Tide. I'm watchin' you Mr. Mailbox!

Yes, mine was in BG review for a couple weeks and there are folks on this forum who have found themselves in the Background Review mode for far longer for no apparent reason. Mine just went to MAILED on Friday, wonder how long I still have. Some have waited a full week just staring at the mailbox. B

Anyone know the spread on time from manufacturing?

I am at the same stage and yes mine appears that way too.

Yepper, mailed mine on the 21st and status still says waiting for materials.

Very good.....My Son is patiently waiting on getting his driver's license come April 16th. We are both waiting in agony. Now that's a Father and Son adventure.
