Re: Holster Review Resource

I wanted to give my opinion and review of the Hardcore M-11 IWB holster. http://www.brigadegunleather.com/m-11.html I stumbled upon Brigade a couple years back. I looked at their site and was very impressed with the pictorial detailing the building process. I used to ride horses and I remember going...

Re: RE: What would you do if you saw his gun?

If a repairman is in my house, I'm always close by and watching/visiting with him. I'm armed as well...Who cares? I will say this again, it's best to find your repairman through referrals. Better on many fronts. When this is done, you have very little to be concerned with about your safety or about ...

Re: What would you say to a repair guy if you saw his gun

I can't see how this got turned into a "shooting the homeowner" thread. I believe the OP asks what would we, the homeowners, do if we saw the repairpersons gun. Many initial responses seemed to presume the repairperson was a reputable, licensed individual. I don't presume that. If they ac...

Re: What would you say to a repair guy if you saw his gun

I carry a Sig P938 in a wallet holster. Chances of it falling out are very remote, chances of it being spotted by the client are very remote. I can't see how this got turned into a "shooting the homeowner" thread. I size up my new client on the phone, driving through their neighborhood, wh...

Re: What would you say to a repair guy if you saw his gun

As a plumber I carry daily (of course) and into all of my clients homes/business' that are not posted. I provide my plumbing services to a wide variety of clients, from the most conservative to the most liberal. I'm cognizant of their leanings and make an effort to not expose my CCW...I can't afford...

Re: Midway USA Shipping Is Expensive

Not only is it expensive, but it's a convoluted way to ship.

I ordered 2 1911 mags; they shipped thru UPS to the USPS and then sat for several days at the PO before being delivered.

Re: Texas House Committees Announced

Well said Charles. One thing I see is that no matter how many organizations I join or how active I become in politics (State Delegate in Dallas), Tea Party member, NRA, PTA, etc, there seems to be very little progress, the progressives control most everything and the leaders of these fine conservati...

I have a Hazard iPad sleeve and some Maxpedition stuff too. I think you'll be very happy with your Hazard bag, very well made and very well thought out product line.

Re: Sign the new Term Limits Amendment

I've really struggled with the idea of term limits for years. I've come to the conclusion that the Founding Fathers got it right. We as voters are the ones to blame...If they are abusing their power and/or creating legislation that we disagree with, then it's our responsibility to send them home.

Interesting-Thanks, I'll tweet that ... should get a bunch of people all riled up and awake for Obama Inauguration on MLK Day where Obama uses Bible from a victim of Racist gun control laws for his Oath to uphold constitution. (I won't be watching, I have a 4'x4' square hole to dig in the front yar...

Re: UPDATE 2nd: 1-15-13

I wonder about HB 508 section C, the language lends itself to a very broad interpretation. (c) A license holder commits an offense if the license holder intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries a handgun under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, regardless of whether...
