And he went back on his pledge to support the ultimate Republican candidate. So much for honesty, integrity and being a man of his word. Every single commentator has said the same thing -- he cam across as a sore loser. Conscience my foot. He sold the country down the drain, went back on his promise and drove a stake through his own political heart.

Quite true. I really really really wanted Cruz to win, but he looked childish tonight.

This may be the one rare case out of a billion where, "The devil you know is definitely worse than the devil you don't."

As I said in other posts: I'll hold my nose and vote for him in the fall - and - I'll convince others to do the same. But that's all I'm willing to do. I do not rejoice in his candidacy, and I will not rejoice in his presidency. But I'll rejoice if Hillary loses.

Such a shame...I was hoping to vote for someone I wanted, rather than to vote against someone I don't want. I haven't had that opportunity in a long while.
