I found this online. Im getting so many different answers about if i can carry in VA or not? look at the map this says i can and when i called texas dps they said i can and i cant get any one to pick up the phone in VA so im kinda lost...

That i can agree with. It all so sucks that i can only carry in texas till i turn 21 granted thats only a few months away i think that if you can go over seas and giving a gun then why arnt we allowed in all states to CC. Any one open carry i feel like it might cause some problems in some places? Or is there a lot of people that OC? Im new to the world of CC and love it. But never OC before.

Hey im in the US Navy and i am waiting on my background check. But i no when i sent in my stuff for my CHL they needed to side shots of my face and 2 front shots of my face im wondring what picture will be used on my CHL? does anyone No? and I am in VA and since im only 20 and can get my CHL in texas but they do not allow under 21 CC in VA i cant carry there in tell my 21 bday is that right? thanks for the help.
