Our CHL instructor did of course teach us the signage rules, but his stories and innuendo made it clear to us that he has-always-and-does-now carry everywhere, irrespective of signage, or state laws or international law or what-have-you, trusting that he is Concealed and undetectable.
I don't recall that the LCT has metal detector pass-thrus.
My instructor also made it clear that he carries everywhere 24/7. He didn't make it seem like he avoided areas with 30.06 signage.
He must have much more disposable income than I do.

Yes I did read your post & should have worded my quote differently did not mean to insinuate you agreed just get so frustrated at instructors who tell or imply that their students should not obey the law. Sorry bout not wording my response better.
