On the advice of buying a Kahr...

I had a Kahr PM9 a few years ago and it too had issues. The magazine would fall out whenever it wanted to. In the holster, when shooting... It did not matter. I sent the gun back 2 times with the same issue. IMO a $700 gun should not need to be sent back for repair.

The above issue lead me to the Taurus 709 slim. I bought it and now have about 500 rounds (most was Winchester whitbox and Ranger all 147 gr) through it with no issues. Before this happened I would have expected a brand such as Taurus to need to be returned for repair, but now I like Taurus.

My wife is currently carrying my 709 and has been looking for a smaller pistol for her daily CHL and this lead us to the TCP (and this forum). She likes the 709 and wants that gun just in a smaller package (380 would be ok) and pink...lol . Wish us luck.
