In Colorado, I sent an address change by snail mail and followed up with a phone call. That's when I was told no replacement card. No charge for the change of address. No option to pay for a replacement card. Just a comment to not sweat it. Interesting how the different states handle such things.How much did they charge? In Texas, CHL address changes cost 2.5x as much as DL address changes.
