what you fail to appreciate, is that it is that guy's job to make sure no one goes into the store with an out in the open loaded gun.
It's the same way at Sportsman's Warehouse.

he shouldn't have been able to spot your carry gun. If it's in a bag, then he has to assume you are going to show it to a sales associate.
