I wear one of these rigger belts daily for work. They work great for OWB carry as you can cinch them up and the velcro works great when the belt is new, especially when you run the belt through the buckle. I don't like them for IWB as the J-hooks I use cause the belt to bend and the hooks slip. They are great range belts and OWB carry belts in my opinion but as you already know not for dress-up.ClarkLZeuss wrote:What do you guys think of "ballistic nylon" belts, that hook together with velcro instead of traditional buckles? I know I noticed a world of difference when I got my belt. It was a gift. Up until then I had been using the thickest belt I could buy from a store. I found one that worked decent but it wasn't the best. As has been stated above, a good belt is very important. I think almost as important as the holster itself.
