Re: HB176
I can't find the BATF or DEA anywhere in the Constitution. I also can't find a legitimate Federal power to regulate the possession of drugs or weapons. I can't find a legitimate Federal power to regulate the making or local sale of drugs or weapons. The only thing the real government of the United S...

Re: How much does license renewal cost these days?
$25 for Veterans! $35 for Seniors! $70 for non-special people! There are other specialties but I don't keep up with the ones I don't qualify for. I'm one of the "non special" people. Just submitted my renewal. Well, I am apparently non-special as well. However, I have a niece that brought...

Re: Feds are preventing me from having an Air Force
I can't find the FAA anywhere in the Constitution. I also can't find a legitimate power to regulate the operation of aerial vehicles that aren't engaged in "Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes." Therefore, I have no respect for the procla...

I'm glad it's not mandatory. I'm happier not having it on my licenses.

Re: TABC Sign Posting Rules/Laws
I guess some activist judge could decide a yellow daffodil is effective notice under Section 411.204, Government Code, as easily as they could decide a sign that doesn't meet the requirements is effective notice, but I won't spend much time worrying about it. "rlol" Anyway, concealed is co...

Re: NRA press conference LIVE 9:45AM CST
I think another example of how things get spun and misrepresented is how the media is saying the NRA is callimg for more guns. I don't think they are calling for more guns. It's my opinion they are calling for more of us to get off our rearends and be part of the solution by getting actively involv...

Re: Gun confiscation
All they need to do is add all semiautomatics to title 2 instead of banning by name or looks. Then the semiautos would need to be on the national registry or it's a Federal felony. Transfers would have to go through a Class 3 FFL with all the paperwork, transfer tax, and FBI approval. Also a CLEO si...
