Looking at the current laws on carrying there, the only places that look off-limits are schools, airports, federal buildings, and any place with metal detectors or "no guns" signs. Interestingly, the law states specifically that the metal detectors or signs have to be at all public entrances for this to be valid.
The "gun-buster" signs make it illegal to carry in Nevada, but the crime is trespassing. I recently moved here from Vegas and my nevada instructor was a cop who said, "trespassing in nevada is handled with a $25 dollar ticket. If you are in a place that has no gun signs and you are forced to defend yourself then you will get a $25 dollar trespassing fine."

Private property owners dont really have a way to keep CHL holders out in nevada. You can carry in any casino you choose, just avoid gov't buildings and schools.
