I'm tall and thin, started buying shirts/t-shirts one size bigger than normal, but that still wasn't enough to hide the grip when worn at 3-5 O'clock.

For the last year or so I've been AIWB carrying (about 1 O'Clock). Not only is it the only place it conceals well on me, but it is also more comfortable, and a marginally faster draw. The downside is when I'm driving or sitting I have a loaded gun pointed roughly at my femoral artery, but I've yet to hear of a gun going off on its own in a quality kydex holster. I do pay more attention re-holstering now than I otherwise would.
