I called DPS today and the lady told me something came up in my background check,which I knew it would. I sent in my court disposition along with other required documents. I've been in BG check since 8/31......IM VERY NERVOUS about them turning my application down. I was charged (no conviction) with a felony theft in 1999, placed on deferred adjudication, served probation and finished.BOY IF I ONLY KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW...
