That depends. Some people think the ten year wait for deferred adjudication of a felony is reasonable. We use the 121 tollway a couple of times and no bills. I get nervous and call NTTA and find out there is nothing under my name or address. A few months later I receive a bill for approx $18 worth of tolls and over $350 in fines and late fees. I get on the phone with NTTA and as I am talking to them, I notice the bill has the wrong name and address on it
