This is just the tip of the iceburg
Depending on how this case is resolved it could open up a flood of lawsuits against gun manufacturers.

Re: Senior U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia found dead
A good article in American Action News. Sen. Ted Cruz, appearing this morning on Meet the Press, explained why he’s opposed to President Obama nominating anyone to replace Justice Scalia. “The Senate’s duty is to advise and consent,” Cruz said. “You know what? The Senate is advising right now, we ar...

Re: Senior U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia found dead
This is tragic news the most Conservative Justice of the Supreme Court is dead, and obummer gets to select a replacement along with a Congress that just kisses his butt. We are in serious trouble. The Scalia family needs our prayers but more importantly the United States of America needs our prayers.

Re: Dec 18 to Today Finally
I am not sure but maybe because I got it so fast is that I held a MO CCW for over 5 years before moving to Texas. Maybe that had something to do with how quick I got it. I renewed my MO CCW in April 2015. Otherwise it was just luck I've only been here since the end of July.

Washington DC has strange ideas
All of us nasty gun owners should apply for this stipend. What a stupid idea paying someone not to do something illegal. I saw this before at some LA schools I remember reading about.
