What chaps me about the range is the mixed signals/communications.

I am an LEO and usually come up there with fellow LEO and use the LEO only range. Done that several times as there is not another range close by like that. The problem is one person tells us we can use our AR's then after firing them for some time, some RO comes over and jumps our tails and tells us NO AR's!!! This has happened twice no less! That's my main problem with QC.
