Someone told me last night that if a person asks you if you are carrying a weapon and you admit you are, that that is a form of printing and can be dealt with accordingly. Is that true?

After about 15 days of waiting after it was "mailed", I received the plastic yesterday. Now I can go to the Bass Pro Shop Range without my gun being trigger locked.
