Sooner or later, someone is going to guess wrong or a politician will decide an intelligence report does not suit his current agenda. When that happens, we'll have another 9/11.
That is the inevitable...It will be unfortunate, tragic, hurtful and re-galvanize "some" the intellectually lazy who do not pay attention to these signs...Others will turn to candle-light vigils to make themselves feel better, and yet others will play the blame game, because that makes them feel better...
Seems to me that there are too many people who think it is more important to "feel" like things are ok...And when something like this happens...They feel better scrutinizing the efforts that have kept incidents like Mumbai from happening here...So far...
