Well Carl, seems to me like its been legal to do what some can do this weekend for most of two years now...
We have some cowboy DA's around the state that made a good point about why they were going to continue to bust the chops of people anyway, and that's what has a few folks still gun-shy (pardon the pun)...
I'm all for following the law...But I don't have to worry about this one in my case...
If these DA's understood the intent of the law in 2005 (and they know they do)...And openly noted the flaw in the law at the time, but said they would honor the intent of the law and get it fixed this session, we wouldn't be having this conversation now, right???
We are expected to honor the intent of the law in how flagrantly 30.06 is posted, yet we can't get the enforcers to do the same...
