He may not have been wrong when he said it. The law was changed during the 2009 legislative session. Before that time, the Alcoholic Beverage Code provided the defense solely for Texas DL or ID card issued by DPS. The new version is when it started allowing other state's IDs, passports, military IDs and such.SGLabman wrote:Thanks for the heads-up.
