Last time I had jury duty I was able to fill out questionnaire info online and skip the "boring day". I reported directly to the court the second day. Worth your while to find out if that's possible.

Does anyone (everyone) do this? Should we?If you have a firearm on you, you should have a tourniquet on you. Period.
I always have a basic first aid kit in all of my vehicles, but I don't think any have a tourniquet.

Is it detrimental to either the gun or the round if left chambered for long periods of time, say up to a year? The bullet can be pushed back into the casing a little. it's called "setback". It mostly happens when repeatedly loaded/unloaded. It comes up occasionally around here. http://www...

But it is still "easier" to buy that $200 book than a gun.I havent enrolled in college in years, but from what i remember, some books cost more than some of my guns. Kids cant even afford education in this country.

Keep in mind, fireable and criminially chargeable are not the same thing.
While it may be legal to store a firearm in the parking lot, they can still fire you for it.
