I have to dIsagree with you on this one Pawpaw. The DHS was given basically unlimited funds and powers after 9/11 to set up and run the TSA, and it has been a miserable failure at every turn. I would love to see congress mandate that they send a team to Israel to study and then implement their protocols. No country on the planet faces the number of threats the Israelis do and they have airport security down to a science. Their methods are about 1,000 times better than what we have and the passengers are not put through the wringer and treated like dirt.
