Howdy! I'm a long time lurker - first post.

Age: 47
male
Married with 2 kids (11yr old daughter and 8 yr old son)
work in the IT industry
3rd generation Houstonian

I got my CHL earlier this month. Currently carry the S&W M&P Shield. Have a Glock 19 in a GunVault by the nightstand, an old 380 in my office, and an AR-15 in the closet.

I've been working towards getting the rest of the family educated/trained. Also look forward to taking some intermediate/advanced training classes at some point.

BTW - THANKS for thie great site filled with TONS of useful information~!~!
