It just takes a while for them to upload it. They are packed with plenty of applications from people all over Texas. I'm sure they've received it. I didn't see my "green check marks" until 2-3 weeks after I sent my documents. It'll update itself eventually. I mailed my package on Nov, 2 by certified mail. Got the receipt back indicating it was in their mail room on Nov, 5th, but they still have not updated the website from the message that they are waiting on all the required documents.
I thought about calling and asking why the website has not been updated to show they have received the package.
