HECK YES. I couldn't believe it. I almost thought it was still never here because i was getting towards the bottom of the pile of mail and i couldn't find anything and then BOOM, last mail in the back. It only tool 14 days from a mail status. But oh well! It's here now! I have now officially joined the wonderful community of CHL Holders! It has been 25 days since I completed the application, 18 days since I mailed my packet (photos, chl-100 etc)...some of yall seem to have had updates already. Should I call the DPS?
